Our drivers were friendly and punctual. Our arrival at hotel in Phuket was a bit negative. Upon checking in, we were accommodated down an alleyway to another separate section of the hotel. This part of the hotel was under construction and was being refurbished. Construction materials were strewn in the hotel corridors and it was an unpleasant sight. Fortunately, Nina the tour operator arranged for us to be resettled into the main hotel the following morning. She also ensured us that our other hotels were of the highest quality and that we were happy. She was very efficient and it made a very great impact on our enjoyment of the Thailand experience. I would highly recommend this tour company. We'll done to our tour operator for making our trip such a memorable and special experience.
