The Trip of River Kwai one day tour lead you to visit historical sites in Kanchanaburi including the Bridge over the River Kwai, Jeath War Museum, Allied War Cemeteries and enjoy Train ride on Death Railway through magnificent scenery, passing over the original wooden viaduct constructed by Allied POWs.
Duration: 06:30-17:30
06:30 hrs Pick up from various hotels in Bangkok (in downtown zones of Sukhumvit 1-33, Silom, Pratunam).
07:00 hrs Depart Bangkok for Kanchanaburi by minibus.
09:00 hrs Arrival at Kanchanaburi and visit the War Cemetery of the allied prisoners of World War II.
10.00 hrs Visit Jeath Museum (the museum of world war II)
10:45 hrs Lead to the famous Bridge of River Kwai, escaped planned bombing, and remains in place in Kanchanaburi as a tourist attraction. Take the train trip along the Death railway sight-seeing the countryside and exciting passing by wooden viaduct built by the P.O.W.S., situated on sheer cliff side over-looking the River Kwai.
Remark :
** The train will take about 1.30 hrs to Kra Sae Cave Station.
** The train ticket we have booked is the economic class and cannot select the seats in advance.
12.00 hrs Arrival at Kra Sae Cave railway station & lunch will be provided.
13.00 hrs Explore Krasae cave which was once where POWs rest as it's located right next to the Death Railway. It is now a popular spot for visitors who take a walk on the railway and would stop by to pray toward a Buddha image enshrined within the cave.
14:30 hrs Depart from the Krasae Cave to Bangkok by minibus.
17:30 hrs Arrive in Bangkok and transfer to your hotels.
